TRISHA SEEMS TO BE HAPPY AND VERY BUSY WITH LIFE. JACK TOOK RYKER AND JENNA TO AUDREY'S FOR A FEW DAYS AND THEY HAD A BLAST WITH THE 3 AMIGO'S.

WE WENT OUT WITH CHERISE, MARTY, CASH, WENDY AND NORM FOR FUN SAT NIGHT (VIC DIDN'T ANSWER HER PHONE BUT I LEFT A INVITE ON IT ) IT WAS ALL VERY LAST MINUTE BUT VERY ENJOYABLE TO BE TOGETHER. THEN CRIC'S FAMILY STAYED HERE OVER NIGHT.

Hello where is everyone? I miss our talks on this blog thing!! I hope everyone is doing wonderful, and that sickness is staying away from you all. A little run down of our family, Marty is working long weeks in Logan, I will be glad to have him on a normal schedule again. Cherokee is doing great at school, she has been taking everybody's blood, she plays soccer, and is enjoying her Single Adult ward. Chevy is goo-gaga over his Mustang, now he just needs a job so he can buy some bling for it. He has been to the school dances and dating, he will be 18 in 18months, that is what he tells me!! Cash is doing much better in school, he is even sleeping a little better, his arm is still swollen and not sure if it is fractured or not. We got to go to Utah and see Chezney get blessed, that was awesome, we love our grandbabies!! Well I hope everyone is doing great and gearing up for the holidays. Love ya all, The Carrillo's

A little memory for our kids that didn't know Grandpa Campbell, it has been 29 years today since he passed away. That was such a terrible day for all of us, something so unexpected and way to young. You grandkids if there is anything I wish you could have it would be for you to spend a hour with your Grandparents, they were awesome!! A little memory I have among the many is, I remember when Grandpa would go on scouting trips he would always bring us home all the leftover goodies. We didn't get alot of candy back then, so this was a real treat for us. We also had to pluck the feathers out of any geese that he would shoot, that was gross, their necks would be all bent wierd and their eyes would be glaring at you!! Yikes!! They had a awful smell to them, I hated that job!! We sure miss you Grandpa!

ok, so I guess I'll jump on and catch you up on the McCombs fam. We are grateful the past 2 months are over. Between being sick alot, work, RS, the yard, canning and our basement mess, it has been a trial. On the positive side, the coughing is slowing down, the basement is dry and the sheetrock is here, I get released from RS this week or next for sure, the canning is done except for my apples-the trees are loaded, want some? Work is hectic, I am still at Cox' but only a couple days a month. Al is well, just busy and as always being a pest, he's getting buff from work and dropped another pant size. We just cut down our aspen trees out front and I was sad, I'm pulling out flowerbeds etc. trying to minimize the work load.
We are getting excited to go out East in 23 days. We will spend 5 days with Osolu's and 5 with Tran's. We've never been there in the fall so it should be fun and we get to spend Halloween with grandkids and celebrate 4 birthdays and go to Hallie's baptism. I miss my munchkins.
Speaking of Halloween--greetings from the witch to all the brother in laws. Hope you are all doing well. I've been missing mom and dad-October does that to me. I keep thinking about growing up and the times we've shared. Take care and keep in touch.

Wow, it's 11:00 pm and I have a few minutes to myself so I decided to post on our family blog. It has been awhile. Hope everyone is doing good and is happy and healthy. We are all doing good. Just enjoying life with all it's many things it has to offer both happy things and trials. Sam is finally getting back into the swing of things at work. He is excited to retire from the guard soon. He is back in school and only has a few more months and he will be through. He has been making some beautiful frames, enjoying his honey bees and taking good care of his wife. The Brumfield Family is busy with work and being parents. They are so cute with their little son and are very loving parents. Dennis is going to school and is majoring in criminal justice. We are trying to find a little house here in Lehi for them so it won't be so far to travel. Justin is loving the police academy. He has something new to tell us or show us like how to break a wrist and how quick he can handcuff you. He is working at Taipan Trading setting up displays and unloading things. He is dating a very pretty and very nice girl. Sydney is on a week break from school then will start up again next week. She is enjoying it and doing very well. She should be a Vet. Tech in about 18 months. She is so much fun to have at home. We have been making baby blankets and quilts. She is still dating Travis. Spencer is working hard and playing soccer when he is not working. He keeps us laughing. We are hoping he finds out what he wants to be when he grows up so he can get into school. I am just loving having my family close together again. It was a long not so fun year but now we back together and enjoying each other. I am having a great time watching little Dennis. He is such a blessing to his parents, grandparents, uncles and aunt. I am getting some quilts made which has been fun doing with Sydney. Well that's how we Howlett's are doing. Love to all of you. New baby!!! Chezney Avery Zippay was born yesterday evening, coming in at 8lbs. 12oz. and 20in. long!! Lots of dark hair and looks like the Campbell side, ya-hoo!! Mom and baby are doing okay, Tessie is running a slight fever and the baby is being watched because she swallowed some fluid, but other then that they are tired but HAPPY!! I was at a birthday party for Jeff's brother's little boy and I walked past an older lady and she grabbed my arm and said are you Wendell Campbell's daughter, I looked at her and said what and she said you must be Wendell Campbell's daughter, I said no he is my Grandpa though. She said you look just like one of his daughter's. It turns out it was June Davids(I think that is her first name), she lived by you guys growing up, she is my sister in laws Grandma, so I guess when people say I look like you guys or like my Mom its true because a comple stranger saw me and just knew I was Wendells Daughter! Fun Story, I hope all is well for everyone love you!

First of all I want the Johnson's to know that we are thinking of Cory today and each one of you, I know he is happy were he is even though he misses you all like crazy!! We love you and admire the strength you each have.

I'm sitting in my front room looking at the fresh snow that we got down really low on the mountains this morning. In the aspen trees are several small yellow birds-just hanging out and I'm in a very mellow, reflective mood. Unusual for me since I'm always running around. I want it to go on record that I love and admire those men and women who have served, are serving and will serve our country. For those who laid down their lives for our freedoms. I am selfish, I take forgranted each day what others do for us. I admit I complain about the state of the country-when I need to be voicing my opinions, doubts and fears and stand up for what I believe freedom means and should be. Thanks to those in our family who have given for us the things that make our lives better. Thanks to the men in our family who work hard to provide a living and honor the priesthood they hold and are examples to us and our families...I love my 6 brother in laws and all my nephews. I am feeling a loss this morning for Cory-I know we all think of him.
I want to tell my sisters and Kim thanks for being my siblings through good and bad times, family matters most. I adore my nieces and nephews and love to see their facebook thoughts and pictures. I think grandma and grandpa look down and smile often at all of us, our families and their great grandkids. How I wish they were still with us to hug, laugh with and talk to. My heart yearns to have one of dads bear hugs and some of his fresh fish and have a heartfelt talk with mom. I am so blessed to be where I am in my family to have known so well beloved grandparents, great grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
I also want to say thanks for choosing me as their mom to my daughters and son, I love you with all my being. I love the four son in laws who take such good care of my daughters. I adore
the ten precious grandkids who grace my life and for being able to skype them and see and hear them. I am also extremely grateful for the kind, patient, forgiving man who stands by me through life's joys and trials. Thanks Al.
Sorry this is so long, I just had an overwhelming sense of emotion and peace this morning. I want to let you all know I love my Savior, my Father in Heaven and my eternal family-all of you.

I always wait for something intersesting or exciting to happen to post...my life must be pretty mundane. So I guess my averageness will have to be enough for you guys! Life is busy busy here in Wescosville, PA. We took a 5 day weekend to finish up some projects and are smack in the middle of them. We've planted 4 shrubs, 1 pear tree and multiple flowers, weeded the garden, cleaned and organized the basement and had a BBQ/fire with some friends and neighbors and we still have half the weekend left! The weather has been 85 everyday with a thunderstorm here and there. We had an awesome gluten free chocolate chocolate cake yesterday and some amazing corn on the cob on the grill.

The kiddos are loving the summer weather and have been playing in the hose and swimming at the neighbors. Everyone is growing like a weed! Leiah lost her first tooth a few weeks ago...where does time go??

Off to a walk at the park to try out my new running shoes...sorry nothing to exciting, just life as we know it!

Hi Everyone! Hope you are all doing great! Hey just wanted to let you know that Justin should be home on the 20th. Everyone who wants to go to the airport is invited to welcome him home. I won't know the time for a few more days but will let you all know when I find out. Can't wait to see him! Heather will have her baby in four more days on the 14th. We are so excited to get that little guy here. Sydney is enjoying her job at Target and is such a sweetie. She is doing so good. Spencer is working hard at work and at the gym. Sam is getting so trunkie as the missionaries say. He is so ready to come home. He should be home the second or third week of June. YEAH!!!! Wow, why does time have to fly so fast? I had a blast in Belgium. We saw so many things, ate great, walked and walked, took pics and enjoyed the family tons. I have been so homesick for my family this last few months. It's been great to see Amanda and the girls, Jen and the Tran Clan. I really enjoyed the Eiffel Tower, Disneyland, Paris, the cobblestone streets, the chocolate factories-we truly don't have real chocolate here. I loved the history, the beautiful old buildings and cathedrals, the waffles, the kabobs, shopping, color, the flowers. We saw Waterloo, I rode a scooter on the canal of Mons, it was fun. My grandkids shocked me, they have grown so much. It was a fantastic break, I did miss Al though and we had some not great experiences with pick pockets.
Can't wait for sisters weekend. Love you all, Vic

Happy Birthday to my sweet daughter, Contessa!!! She turns 21 tomorrow, she is now legal to do all the wild things, but I know she has left that in past, so the only wild thing she will be doing is chasing around a 9month old!! I am so proud of Contessa and what a good mommy she is, it is fun to watch her grow and learn homemaking skills. I am proud that she has taken after her mother and loves a clean house and a decorated one!! We love you so much and hope you have a beautiful day, wish we could be there. Love ya tons, Mom and Dad A memory-When Contessa was a little girl, around three months I was asked if she could be a baby model for Z.C.M.I. a huge department store like Macey's, I would of loved to have her do it, but I didn't have transportation back then. She was and is a beautiful daughter of God.

Thanks Becky and Paul for stopping in to visit Cash and me, I was needing a uplift that day, I have been feeling a little overwhelmed with life and all the decisions it gives us, so thanks for the visit. We had a blast on our vacation, it was fun to watch Lorin, he was like a little kid at Christmas time, Kenners did awesome, she loved to just watch everything. We loved just hang'in together, talking and making lots of memories. We stopped in Mona to see the Bandley family, but somebody was out shopping, we saw your cute little house though and it is way cute! We were very sad to hear about Troy, we just saw him in August, life is so wierd that way, I just want you all to know how much we love you and we think of you all often, I would give anything to just have a family party with everyone there, wouldn't that be awesome!! So the the two weeks of stress are over and I'm still running around like a crazy woman. I did get all my kids packages mailed...the post office can retire on what we spend on shipping each year..dang kids, they live to far away. We got about 6 inches of heavy new snow yesterday morning, it's dazzling outside....like millions of silver glitter jars have been dumped on our yard. And the sun is shining so the brilliance is amazing.
We are good, can't wait to see you at the wedding, hoping to somehow get Blake from Boise to Burley and then work out getting him home, without bringing both of our cars up...he needs a vehicle. Have a fun rest of the week. Love, Vic

HERES TO A WONDERFUL WINTER TO ALL. I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR. IT BRINGS SUCH JOYFUL MEMORIES TO ME OF MY CHILDHOOD. THE FLANNELS, THE LIGHTS, THE SMELL OF THE CHIMNEYS BURNING, THE GLASS ORNAMENTS SHINING ON THE FRESH CUT TREE. THE SMELL OF OUR HOUSE. IT ALWAYS HAD A FRAGRANCE OF CHRISTMAS. I CAN REMEMBER DAD READING THE CHRISTMAS STORY TO US FOR FAMILY HOME EVENING. THE LAUGHTER AND JOY THAT CHRISTMAS BRINGS. IT AMAZES ME HOW BLESSED WE ARE. WE ARE HAVING A FUND RAISER FOR A YOUNG COUPLE THAT HER HUSBAND WAS DIGNOSESD WITH MELENOMA 4 CANCER. HE JUST HAD THREE TUMORS REMOVED FROM HIS BRAIN. THE KIDS ARE BRINGING THERE CHANGE AND CANNED FOODS TO PRESENT TO THEM FOR CHRISTMAS. YES WE ARE SO VERY BLESSED. THIS HAS BEEN A TRYING YEAR FOR THE HOWELL FAMILY BUT WE HAVE A WARM HOME, FOOD AND EACH OTHER. I MISS MY CHILDREN SO MUCH IT HURTS. THERE ARE DAYS WHEN I JUST WANT TO SIT DOWN AND NOT GET BACK UP I MISS MY GIRLS VOICES AND GRANDSONS LAUGHTER. SOMEDAY I PRAY WE WILL BE A FAMILY. Hey family,
Hope everyone is doing well and ready for turkey. It has been a wild six weeks and won't end until December 24th. Good thing I thrive on busy. We are good. We love Al's new schedule, it's nice to have him here at night. It was a trial having him gone so much...so that is my best blessing this year. Just a heads up if anyone wants to come , our center craft fair is Dec. 3rd and 4th. We have ALL new items and some really fun gifts and ideas.

Hey family,

I love to get on in my few spare seconds and see how all of you are. Thanks for sharing! I thought how selfish of me to intrude but not share so I'll try harder to give you tidbits in case any of you care to read!

Kaobe is busy with piano, soccer, getting A's in school, and drums as well as texting with his friends. He is approaching his 12th birthday and is quite the little man. Ada is a social butterfly and is constantly going to sleepovers or having friends over. She started violin this year and so far so good. She is doing really well in school as well and refuses to cut her hair which is almost to the top of her buttocks when pulled straight! The only problem is that she is VERY sassy. Any advice??

Indy is our developing artist, constantly with pen and paper and lately taken to markers as well. She is excited to start piano and dance soon. She loves to run and jump but refuses to go to soccer. I think she'll be my basketball player! Leiah is home with mom and dad and a sitter and is getting a bit spoiled I must say. She has worn kitty ears for about 3 weeks straight now with no end in sight. She is everybody's buddy and loves to play with all her pet puppies as well as her real puppy Dexter. Dexter is a poodle mixed with something??(terrier? cocker spaniel?) We rescued him in August and he has fit in like a glove. We all are smitten and have enjoyed having a new baby to baby! Obeta is busy as ever. He was in Florida all last week for meetings but is still enjoying his job with Darden. He has friends and family visit every so often which he thrives over. He is still busy with his Peal Starch business and is ever thinking up new ideas.

Life is too super busy so I'm trying to cut back to 30 hours in the next few weeks and hoping that will help. The kids are adjusting amazingly to a working mom but it's tough on Obeta having to pick up the slack. I enjoy working in dialysis but am not ready to stick yet-I need to try out lots of things first! I think about all of you and love to read about your going ons! Good luck to Trish and her impending births and I hope all of you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

IS ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE FREEZING??? I DON'T GET IT, I AM GOING THRU THE BIG M. WORD, I HAVE HOT FLASHES ALL NIGHT LONG AND I FREEZE DURING THE DAY!! I HAVE THREE SHIRTS ON, ONE OF THEM A SWEATSHIRT TODAY AND I KEEP CRANKING UP THE HEAT!! MAYBE IT JUST COMES WITH OLD AGE OR SOMETHING. WE ARE DOING GREAT, CASH IS FULL OF IT, HE IS INTO THAT STAGE OF TEASING AND I AM ABOUT CLIMBING THE WALLS WITH HIM. HE LOVES HIS ABC'S AND HIS MAGNETS ARE HIS BEST FRIENDS. CHEVY GOT A GOOD REPORT AT THE DOCTOR'S, NO SURGERY FOR NOW, JUST A BIG UGLY BRACE FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE YIKES. HE IS DOING AWESOME IN SCHOOL AND IS SUCH A BIG HELP TO ME. CHEROKEE IS BUSY WITH SCHOOL AND GOT A 3.8 THIS TERM, PRETTY DANG GOOD CONSIDERING THAT HER CLASSES ARE HARD AS HECK, SHE SENT TRAVIS OFF ON HIS MISSION SO SHE HAS BEEN A LITTLE BLUE, BUT WE ARE THANKFUL THAT HE IS SUCH A AWESOME KID AND SHE WILL JUST HAVE TO KEEP EXTRA BUSY FOR TWO YEARS. MARTY JUST GOT BACK FROM CALIFORNIA LAST NIGHT, I SOMETIMES WONDER IF LIFE WILL EVER SLOW DOWN ENOUGH TO SEE EACH OTHER. I HAVE BEEN CRAFTING LOTS FOR CHRISTMAS AND HELPING A FRIEND DO CRAFTS, IT KEEPS ME BUSY AND I AM GRATEFUL FOR GOOD FRIENDS. THE BABYS DROPPED AND SHE HAS A APPOINTMENT THIS WEDNESDAY. HEY WENDY I NEED YOUR PHONE NUMBER. THE ONE I HAVE IS NOT IN SERVICE. I WAS WONDERING IF SOMETIME YOU CAN COME AND HELP BRITTNEY AND I PUT HER TABLE CENTER PIECES TOGETHER. WE HAVE ALL THE STUFF. ALSO I NEED TO LEARN HOW TO DO THOSE RINGS. What a Day!

It's been a good and busy day. Started out with my exercises, then my bowl of oatmeal which I can actually gag down now, then I stripped some wallpaper in my kitchen not fun at all, then I bake snickerdoodlers, rice krispy treats and peanut butter,corn flake no bake cookies for my two guys, got their packages mailed, laundry,played with Titan, made dinner, then went Christmas ornament shopping, I am decorating my trees in red, white and blue for the guys and it was fun to find bulbs,ribbon, some ornaments but I am now looking for some small flags to put on it, came home skyped with Sam for an hour and now I am so ready for bed. HAPPY HALLOWEEN....I'll be flying on my broomstick this week...so keep your heads down low. I tried a wonderful pumpkin cheesecake recipe today...can't wait to make some and have some hot cider. As much as I hate winter, I do love the fall. The trees around us are gorgeous and I picked the last of my roses on Wednesday. I sure wish my grandkids could come and trick or treat me. Wow, it's been awhile since I've even checked this blog. I love the new looks everyone has. I'm excited to see all who can come next week . As always, it will be wild and crazy. For those who want to do the Haiti walk, it's in Wellsville, we register at 8:00 and the walk is at 9:00. I have to work for 3 hours that afternoon, but feel free to hang out here or whatever. Seagull Book has some great conference sales going on, with drawings etc. that day. Hope all is well with you. Love that we have a marriage to look forward to and a new baby in the family.
