a good recipe

so i think we should all post a favorite recipe i am always looking for a new one!
here's mine-
lime juice (1-2 limes
1 T. chili powder
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 t. cumin
1 pound chicken cooked and shredded (about 3 chicken breasts)
8-10 flour tortillas
1 pound monterey jack cheese, shredded
16 oz. green enchilada sauce
1 cup heavy cream
mix first 5 ing. and toss with shredded chicken, let marinate for at least 1/2 hour ( i tosses mine together in a ziplock baf in the morning and let it sit in the fridge all day) pour about 1/2 cup enchalada sauce on the bottam of a 9 by 13 baking pan. fill flour tortillas with chicken and shredded cheese,saving 1 cup of cheese to sprinkle on top of enchaladas. mix remaining enchalada sauce with the cream and left over marinade. pour sauce on top of enchaladas and sprinkle with cheese. bake 350 degrees for 30 mins. until brown and crispy on top.

The Bandley Summer

Hey all! Just thought you'd like all the latest gossip from those of us who live in a little piece of heaven on earth. Summer has been busy and eventful. The boys have all had their week-long vacations away from us parents and have since returned. Spencer went to Sacramento and San Fransisco with his Grandma and Grandpa Bandley. Aaron went up to Sun Valley with Grammie and Papa and Ben got to go to Logan with his favorite cousins, Ryker and Jenna. We've camped, swam, hiked, swam, worked in the garden, swam, and, oh yeah, we did some swimming as well? We sold our house this last week, by surprise, considering it wasn't even on the market. We don't know what we're doing now, maybe we'll build, maybe we'll buy, maybe we'll live in Cricket's old camp trailer that Mom and Dad bought which is now stranded at our house, which is no longer our house... Oh, did I mention we have to be out in 2 weeks. I've gone and recorded some of my music and am waiting for the Lord to tell me what to do with it. I think I might go ahead and re-record them again and begin selling them. Also, within the next few months I plan on having a website up and running. It's all done to build a fan base. Phil has taken up a new pasttime-paintballing! What an adventure! I'll post some family pic's sometime, maybe. Have a great rest of summer!!!

well me and my mom just got back from our stake girls camp! it was the best week ever we went to rock creek and i was a youth leader over 16 girls and it was such a great and spiritual week me and my mom and dad (he was our cook) had so fun we should have a reunion there some time :) wink wink miss ya all bert

Thanks so much for doing this fun blog you guys are awesome. I do not have the internet at home so sorry I am late reading this. We had such a good time at princess party. It was a blast. My nieces are so beautiful it was fun to be around you all.

It is so good to have actual contact with all of you! I seem to get news a few months after they've happened. Congratulations to Justin-I can't believe he is old enough to be married! Good job Clar and Char-this is really cool. Sorry I missed you all at girly weekend-I had a distance problem! But I will be home next summer if you wanna do it again(hint hint)! We are surviving the humididty of the east-but have been a bit accident prone this summer-Kaobe broke his collarbone, Ada hit up some poison ivy and Indy's eye was swollen shut this week! Great News

Hi everyone, Sam and I recieved great news yesterday. Justin is getting married on September 26 in the Salt Lake Temple. His fiance's name is Samantha Sands, she is from Lehi and is a sweetheart. She will fit right in with this crazy family. He met her on a blind date a little over a month ago and they have been inseparable since. Anyways that is my great news. Hope everyone has a happy day. I'm a slow learner

Okay I did post yesterday but somehow it ended up under Becky's picture so just push comments under there and it will show up. It has a really yummy recipe on it. Thanks Char for all the help and your salsa recipe. Hope everyone is doing good. I am sitting here at home with a swollen right eye and swollen and red right arm. Sam and I got attacked by our bees Tuesday night. Long story, not fun but we learned a lesson.

my salsa recipe

clarissa this is for you!
1 white onion
1 bunch cilantro
1 pkg. green onions
(cup up onions, i use scissors for the cilantro it works good!)

2 cans HUNTS whole tomatoes (i used other brands it tasted different)
3 jalapeno's ( take out half of the seeds in each pepper)
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt or whatever garlic you like to use

boil the jalapenos for 3 mins. watch out its smely!!!!! drain
put 1 and a half cans of the tomatoes in the blender i only blend for 2 or 3 seconds so it is kind of chuncky and runny!
take the last half of the tomatoes and blend the jalapenos in with it,
add everything in the bowl together,
but add the jalapeno mixture slowly untill desired temp!!! enjoy

Campbell Girls Rock!!!!

Thanks everyone for setting this up! It was so wonderful to see you all at the cabin and reconnect. I always miss my cousins and crazy aunts. I feel like we all grew up so close together and I have so many great memories, I'm so excited to make some more. I was great to see all of the adorable babies, my boys had a great time crashing. They will be so mad when I don't bring them next time.
