My friend gave me an amazing recipe for peach salsa...yummy and easy. If anyone wants the recipe let me know. I saw an amazing sight tonight and no camera. Our ward party was at Porcupine Dam and the salmon were spawning...it was like a bright orange creek with all of them. People from all over visit to take pictures and see this awesome sight. Also I got a couple of handcart rides from former kids I taught at the campsite...rough on the buns but lots of fun.
I also made strawberry/blueberry freezer jam, very good and easy.
Can't wait to see you in November. If anyone gets bored I have a couple of beds here and we can visit the booming metropolis of Hyrum. By the way, I was in Kansas with Al last week and they have Oz museums, we didn't have time to stop, but I thought of all of my siblings. I never did see Dorothy or Toto though. Have a great weekend.
